AskWyn takes the board paperwork, owner questions and meeting follow-up off your managers' desks, without replacing the management software you already use.
One manager. More boards. Fewer fires.

Bring us a handful of your boards: the ones that take the most of your managers' time. Each gets its own site, set up by us.
Start with a pilot of two or three associations. We set them up, train the manager who runs them, and you decide on the rest of your portfolio once you've seen the hours it gives back.
A setup fee, then a flat monthly fee per association. Carry it yourself or pass it through on the association's budget. Management company terms on request.
Managers get their own accounts to file records, build packets and answer requests. The board keeps the final say on what owners see.
AskWyn is live at a 65-home California association, where owners and directors use it now. Built by one of its board members.
You need the work between the systems to stop falling through the cracks. Accounting, maintenance and violation software each do their job. A portfolio of associations still throws off hundreds of small tasks that fit none of them.
None of these tasks is difficult. Together, they consume your managers' week.
AskWyn takes that work on, so one manager can carry more boards without dropping any of them.
Here's what AskWyn takes off their desks.
The packet, the financial review, owner requests and the owner's question, in a sample association.
Attach backup to each agenda item. AskWyn assembles one PDF with a cover, contents, page numbers and bookmarks, files it in Board Packets, and emails directors a link. You can see who has opened it and who hasn't.
File the month's package. Each director goes through the Civil Code §5500 checklist and signs, or the treasurer and one other director do it under §5501. Ratification goes onto the next agenda's consent calendar automatically.
Owners report a broken light or gate through AskWyn. You get one email with Acknowledged, Scheduled and Done buttons that work without signing in. Duplicate reports go onto the open request, and the owner hears when it's done.
Build the agenda from the association's template and post it to owners. The posting date is kept as proof of notice. Minutes are laid out from the agenda, posted as a draft and approved with one click after the vote.
Every meeting gets its own dated to-do list: call for items, items-due reminder, packet to directors, notice, draft minutes, approval. Reminders go out before a deadline is missed, not after.
Owners ask AskWyn and get the answer with the document and page. How-to questions about the website go to AskWyn support, not to you. Questions only you can answer reach you with an answer link.
The secretary's desk, the agenda, the board packet and the monthly review, from a director's seat.
CC&Rs, minutes, contracts, insurance and reserve studies are filed in 44 standard HOA folders. Ask in plain English and get the answer with its source.
Annual meeting, insurance renewal, reserve study and state filings in one list, with a weekly digest to the board.
Each bulletin shows how many owners have read it on the site, who they are and who hasn't opened it yet. Board packets show the same for directors.
Owners apply online. The committee reviews and decides, the review period is counted for you, and the work is tracked through to final inspection.
Each committee gets its own folder and its own rights. The chair can publish, record approved minutes and email members. Appointments stay with the board.
The work belongs to the role, not the person. When a secretary steps down, the next one finds the calendar, the history and the files where they left them.
AskWyn answers, with the source attached.
One box on the home page. Owners ask a question, find a document, report a problem or find someone, all from the same place.
A rental question, a committee question and a broken streetlight, from an owner's account.
“Can I paint my front door?” comes back with what the rules say and a link to the rule.
Board officers, committee members, the management contact and neighbors in the directory. Each neighbor shows only what they chose to show.
When a home sells, the Social Committee can be told. The new owner decides what to share and gets the welcome packet.
AskWyn names the document and page behind each answer and opens it for you. You never have to take its word for it.
Nothing becomes visible to owners because software classified it. A board member approves it first. Executive session records stay with the directors.
The records belong to the association, not to a manager, a volunteer or AskWyn. They stay put through every change of board or management company.
We set it up. Nobody on the board has to become the IT person.
The association gets its own site at its own address, with its email, management contact and board roles filled in.
Send us what you have. We file it into 44 standard HOA folders. The board decides what owners can see.
Bring the owner list from whatever the association uses now: AppFolio, Vantaca, CINC, FrontSteps, TownSq, or a plain spreadsheet. Invitations go out from the same screen.
Owners, directors and the manager use the same box. Each sees only what their role allows.
AskWyn doesn't replace your accounting, dues collection or maintenance systems. They keep the money and the vendors. AskWyn keeps the association's organized records and the board's meeting paperwork, and gives owners one place to ask.
It was built by a California HOA board member who couldn't find anything in his association's existing software.
Owners can report a problem through AskWyn, and it reaches the manager with a dated trail. The repair itself stays with the manager and the vendor. The monthly financial package comes from your accounting system. AskWyn collects the directors' review of it.
Get a private working demo, loaded with a sample association: its records, meetings, packet and requests. No sales presentation required.
Rather be shown? We'll walk you and your managers through it in 20 minutes. Running a management company? Choose the portfolio walkthrough and we'll go through how AskWyn would work across the associations you manage.
The sample association in the demo and the videos is fictional. AskWyn is starting with California associations.
